Character Designs and concept sketches

These are a variety of character designs and concept sketches I’ve done for various projects. I try to not only match the physical descriptions I’ve either been given or envisioned, but also capture their personalities as well.

Dimitri Seto - a young prince and the protagonist of The Legend of Kyyden. He takes up a quest to save the survivors of his village after a brutal attack by the Ashen.
Damian Seto - former king of the Sol-ar Kingdom, leader of Edin Village, and father to Dimitri Seto.
Vera Seto - former Queen and mother to Dimitri. The best hunter in the village.
Wyatt Kane - son of Liam and Michael Kane and best friend to Dimitri. Training to become a swordsman.
Liam Kane - the village blacksmith and husband to Michael.
Michael Kane - captain of the village guard and husband to Liam.
Ms. Keisha - the village cook and confidante of Dimitri.
Faust - a villainous mage and second in command to the antagonist, Eclipse.
Winged Boar, Jaybin, & Shadow Wolf - a sampling of the creatures found in the world of the Legend of Kyyden.

Chibi Pin Design - This was done as a crowdfunding incentive for another JW Storytelling book, Night Rain. This was turned into a pin and sent out to supporters of the book.
Mage Sketch - this is a digital sketch of a character that I've been developing for a while. In addition to her using magic I wanted her to have an acrobatic and dynamic feel.
